Respon­si­ble cor­po­ra­te governance

HOTSPLOTS is ful­ly com­mit­ted to com­pe­ti­ti­on by fair means. Also, the appearance of own beha­viour rest­ric­ti­ve of com­pe­ti­ti­on is to be avo­ided. To this end, we have defi­ned the essen­ti­al rules and prin­ci­ples for cor­rect and respon­si­ble con­duct by HOTSPLOTS employees in our Com­pli­ance Poli­cy. The aim is to ori­ent the com­pa­ny towards avo­i­ding cor­rup­ti­on, main­tai­ning trans­pa­rent dealings and not dis­tur­bing or dis­tort­ing free com­pe­ti­ti­on. Among other things, the­re are regu­la­ti­ons on offe­ring and accep­ting advan­ta­ges and on avo­i­ding con­flicts of interest.

Com­pli­ance Officer

The Com­pli­ance Offi­cer advi­ses the HOTSPLOTS manage­ment in com­pli­ance mat­ters, moni­tors adhe­rence to the inter­nal com­pli­ance poli­cy and ser­ves as the cont­act per­son for employees and busi­ness part­ners of HOTSPLOTS and other third par­ties in all com­pli­ance matters.
