Information on alternative dispute resolution according to §36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG)

As a consumer you can send an application to initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure regarding cases mentioned in §47a TKG to the Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle Telekommunikation of the Bundesnetzagentur (Postfach 80 01, 53105 Bonn; www.bundesnetzagentur.de; schlichtungsstelle-tk@bnetza.de).

For consumers not residing in Great Britain HOTSPLOTS does not take part in dispute resolution procedures carried out by alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.
