Infor­ma­ti­on on alter­na­ti­ve dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on accor­ding to §36 Ver­brau­cher­streit­bei­le­gungs­ge­setz (VSBG)

As a con­su­mer you can send an appli­ca­ti­on to initia­te an out-of-court dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on pro­ce­du­re regar­ding cases men­tio­ned in §47a TKG to the Ver­brau­cher­schlich­tungs­stel­le Tele­kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­on of the Bun­des­netz­agen­tur (Post­fach 80 01, 53105 Bonn; www.bundesnetzagentur.de; schlichtungsstelle-tk@bnetza.de).

For con­su­mers not resi­ding in Gre­at Bri­tain HOTSPLOTS does not take part in dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on pro­ce­du­res car­ri­ed out by alter­na­ti­ve con­su­mer dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on bodies.

Should HOTSPLOTS not be able to resol­ve your issue within a reasonable time frame cus­to­mers from Gre­at Bri­tain need to turn to the alter­na­ti­ve dis­pu­te reso­lu­ti­on ser­vice pro­vi­ded by CISAS in Lon­don.
